1. The location is near shops, art galleries, restaurants and the beach
2. Surf and Sand Resort is right next door, just in case you'd like to sample some of the upscale amenities that they offer
3. They take great pride in being Eco Friendly

The Bad

1. This property is not "on" the beach
2. This is a budget hotel / motel it is not a glamorous 5-star resort
3. Guestrooms encircle a parking lot (think budget motel)
4. Thin towels (probably because they're made of recyclable materials)
5. No clock radio in your room - make sure you know how to set your alarm on your cell-phone
6. Breakfast is packaged muffins and coffee, you'll enjoy the local cafe's more- but if you're on a budget, the free muffin's are priced perfect!
