And the bathrooms are designed with hardwood floors. All rooms face the courtyard pool, and some have balconies.

2. Good location, you'll be able to walk just about everywhere in North Laguna Beach
3. Snack Basket sent to your room includes water, granola bars, muffins, and fruit
4. Good Value for the low room rates
5. complimentary use of beach umbrella, kids beach toys, etc

The Bad

1. Older Hotel
2. You won't have an ocean-view, you might get a limited view
3. This property is not on the beach
4. No in-room safe
5. Rooms have been considered "dark" by some guests
6. Coast Highway can be a little noisy during the busy summer months
